Lodge Wins Excellence In Customer Service Award
We are delighted to announce that on Wednesday 25th March 2012, Canterbury Cathedral Lodge won the Kent Invicta Chamber of Commerce 'Excellence In Customer Service' Award. John Mearden, Receiver General for Canterbury Cathedral, said "This is a great tribute to everyone who works at the Lodge and ISC as they were up against competition from across the county, including very large organisations of great repute.

In May 2011, Canterbury was named as one of the UK’s top tourist destinations by a leading travel website. TripAdvisor’s Travellers’ Choice awards placed Canterbury at 14, ahead of Manchester, St Ives in Cornwall and Cardiff. At the top was London followed by Edinburgh and Bath.
The winners are based on the experiences of millions of travellers from around the world.
