On behalf of TSA, I would like to thank you and the rest of the team at the Lodge for the excellent wine reception and splendid conference dinner you provided for us on 6th.  The occasion really was exceptional; many of the delegates were bowled over by the location too, with its unparalleled view of the cathedral.  All of your hard work over the months, and your patience as we put the event together were and are much appreciated. Thank you very much for helping to make our event such a success. I have never run such a complex event or one over so many days, and there was a lot to be nervous about. Canterbury Cathedral Lodge is a great venue, nothing can beat drinks on a warm summers evening in such a beautiful and historic setting! But it was the team who made all the difference. Everything was possible… Ice creams came unbidden (a highlight for one of our delegates from Mexico). The Clagett Auditorium was constantly ‘refreshed’. We needed the room rearranged twice, no problem. And I believe it was the night porter, James, who filled the green ‘squirty’ bottles I bought to help cool people down. Everyone was kind, smiley and genuinely interested in helping to make our event a success. From all of us – a big thank you! I especially want to thank Poppy, Danielle, Ellie and Torrin who went above and beyond in their support of our event. The reception team were very helpful too. I’m sure there are more to thank who work behind the scenes and I would be grateful if you will thank them too. And finally, thanks to you Sandra for dealing with all the variations to the contract in such a professional and cheerful manner. Jenny (July 2022)
